Your automations save hours. Your clients can’t see it.
Velune gives every client a portal with your agency’s name on it, showing what their workflows and AI voice agents did this month and what it was worth. Whatever you build with, one page. So renewal isn’t a question.
Hi, I’m Filippo.
I’ve spent years chasing unpaid invoices. When a customer stalls, the first thing they ask for is proof of delivery. With it, the invoice gets paid. Without it, it waits.
Automation and AI agent retainers have no proof of delivery. When everything works, nothing happens: no email, no alert, nothing your client can point to. When something quietly breaks, they may be the first to notice. Either way, they pay every month for something they can’t see, until a budget review asks what it’s for.
I build automations and agents myself, and I’m building Velune to be that proof: one page per client, under your brand, showing what ran and what it was worth. It isn’t finished. I’m looking for 20 agencies to shape it with me, and to tell me where I’m wrong.

The proof of delivery, one page per client, branded as your agency. Updated every time a workflow runs or a voice agent ends a call.

Three steps, no integrations to maintain
Your automations tell Velune when they run. Velune does the counting and the math. If it can send a webhook, it works.
Send one webhook
An HTTP step at the end of each workflow, or your voice agent’s end-of-call webhook. About two minutes per automation.
Set the value once
Minutes saved per item, and the hourly cost you agree with the client. The formula is visible to the client.
Share the link
Clients log in, see the month, read your note. You stop writing reports.
Works with whatever you build on
What it is, and what it isn’t
Counts runs and items from any tool, turns them into hours saved and money, and shows it on a branded page per client.
A value per outcome, like $40 per booked viewing. One-click connections for n8n, Vapi or Retell, alerts when a flow breaks, monthly email summaries. Next, in the order founding agencies ask for them.
You only do one-off builds, or you have one or two clients. The pain starts around five retainer clients.
Numbers are only as good as your “minutes saved” estimate. Velune defaults to conservative values and shows the formula. Calls and bookings are counted, not estimated.
One flat price per agency
Based on how many clients you show it to. No seats, and your clients never pay anything.

In green, the founding price: first 6 months, then the standard price. Up to 5 portals show a small “Powered by Velune” in the footer. Larger plans are fully white-label.
Founding agencies: half price for 6 months
The first 20 agencies pay half price for their first 6 months. After that, they keep today’s standard price for as long as they stay, even if prices go up later. After the first 20, everyone still gets early access, at the standard price.
- Today’s price locked for as long as you stay
- Direct line to me while I build
- Your feature requests go first, including which tool gets a one-click connection
- A $25 deposit holds your spot. Refundable anytime, and it counts toward your first month

Will my clients know Velune exists?
On plans above 5 portals, the portal shows only your name, logo, colors and, if you want, your own domain. Up to 5 portals carry a small “Powered by Velune” footer. One honest caveat: if your contracts list the tools that handle client data, Velune belongs on that list. I’ll publish a sub-processor page you can point to.
What data do you receive and store?
Per run: the automation’s name, success or failure, a count, and a time. Anything else your automation sends is dropped on arrival and never logged, so Velune never sees the emails, files, call recordings or transcripts your automations process. What it does store: your settings (minutes saved, hourly cost, retainer), the email addresses of people you invite to a portal, and the notes you write. Hosted in the EU.
Does it work with AI voice agents?
Yes. Vapi, Retell and most voice platforms can send a webhook when a call ends. Point it at Velune and each call becomes a line in the portal: calls answered and hours saved. A value per booking is next on the list. Voice agents are often the easiest automations to prove, because the outcomes are counted, not estimated.
We already use GoHighLevel. Isn’t this covered?
If everything you deliver lives inside GoHighLevel and clients actually open those reports, you may not need Velune. It’s built for agencies whose work spans several tools, say a voice agent, a few n8n flows and some custom code, and who want one page that puts that value next to the retainer, with your note and a way to ask for more work.
n8n already tracks time saved. Why would I need this?
n8n Insights is great for you, inside n8n. Velune is for your client: branded as your agency, showing value against the retainer, with your notes and a way to ask for more work. It also covers Make, Zapier, voice agents and custom code, so mixed stacks end up on one page. If you already set “time saved” in n8n, setup is even faster.
Why trust a one-person product?
Fair question. That’s why founding agencies get a direct line to me, and the only thing paid up front is a $25 deposit, refundable anytime until it works for their own clients.
When can I start?
Founding agencies get access first, a few at a time, so I can set each one up properly.
